1. How many time I need to reserve my tour? We accept reservations until the previous day, nevertheless could happen that there are no available rooms in San Agustín's hotels or in the planes. We recommend that you should reserve your tour, for this reason with at least 15 days after your tour, this way you can choose the dates that  are  more convenient for you and the hotel that  adjusts to your needs.
    

2. Who is going to pick up me at my hotel? When you register you will be able to give the information of the place where we are going to pick up you in Bogotá, if already you know it. If it  is not, you let us know as possible as you can. Once pay we will send you all the information of whom is going to pick up you, telephones and schedules for your tour. Additional we will give you a code of confirmation with which you could check from Internet everything related to your tour.
    

3. What happens if after coming to San Agustin I want to extend my tour and to remain one or more several nights ? -there is not problem for us but you must assume the difference that charges the airline, if your transport was air, also you should have the availability of hotels checked if it is high season. We will charmed with of helping yourself to coordinating any change.
